SpaceX rebranded Direct to Cell as Starlink Mobile at Mobile World Congress. Michael Nicolls, SVP of Starlink, said the first-generation system already spans about 650 satellites and has connected more than 16 million unique users, with 10 million monthly active users through partner carriers.
